OUR PROCESS: How do we build your website?

If you’ve never gone through a website makeover before, you might be curious about what it takes to develop a successful digital marketing plan.It may sound daunting at first, but we’ve been through hundreds of them here at encloudment, and we’re here to make sure everything goes well and you get the website of you aspired for.

INTERNAL PLANNING
 Our team will meet internally after you accept the proposal, and your Digital Consultant will inform your team. A Designer, Developer, Content writer and Project Manager make up your project team. Based on previous experience with projects similar to yours, your Project Manager and Designer will be the first to be chosen.

KICK OFF
 The work can officially begin during the Kick-Off meeting. At the Kick-Off, you'll meet your Designer(s), Project Manager, and Content Writer. You'll review the timeframe, pricing and scope of your project, as well as have an in-depth design discussion with our team, at this meeting. Your Project Manager will provide you a summary of the meeting, and the Designer will start working on the Homepage and Sitemap.

WEBSITE DESIGN
 It will take roughly 2-4 weeks to develop your Sitemap and Homepage. Your Content writer and Designer will collaborate to generate the best path sitemap and identify which pages require design. The Homepage design(s) will then be shown to your team, and any adjustments will be requested. After the Homepage has been authorized, we'll go on to the Subpages, which are any pages that aren't your homepage. Service pages, product pages, about us pages, and other types of pages can be included.

CONTENT & SEO
 Following that, we'll conduct an SEO audit and start gathering content. Your Content Maps will be based on the Site Designs you've authorized, and your SEO Audit will take place, with a review of the results.

WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT
 Once all of the designs have been approved and we receive 80 percent of your content, the development phase of your project will begin. Your team will have less input in this process, but your Project Manager will keep you updated as your site is constructed. We'll also start arranging your store settings if you're building an eCommerce website at this time.

ONGOIN STRATEGY

TRAINING
 Your Project Manager will schedule a training session as we get closer to completing your website build. This will be done on your actual site, and we'll show you how to make all of the necessary modifications while also recording the training for future reference!

 Once the build is complete, our team will do rigorous testing, including design, functionality, user experience, quality assurance, and cross-browser testing.

THE BIG DAY!
 We'll set a launch date for both our team and yours so that we can launch your fresh new website on the same day! Our Server staff and your Project Manager will work tirelessly to launch the site, redirect your old site, and ensure a successful launch!
